Is this legal?
Yes the contest is legal. Our lawyers have checked and because it is
a prize competition with a question and tie breaker and not a
lottery it is within the law under the gambling and amusements act
of 1976 and its updated amendments.

Who are we?
Michael Sherlock & Julius Smith. We are investors who own the villa.

Why are you doing this
competition?
For two reasons we wanted to get the full commercial value for the
property and give someone a chance to own it that might not
otherwise get a chance.

Can you tell me about the
villa?
The property is a 400sqm or 4000sft villa with private pool on a
five star golf resort situated between Marbella & Puerto Banus.

What is it worth?
It has a value of nearly 2 million euros.

Who valued the villa?
It was valued by an independent real estate agent of over 15 years
experience specializing in up market property on the Spanish coast.

How will the competition
work?
You will be asked a question and then a tie breaker question. After
you have made your payment you will be sent an email notification of
your entry and will be contacted again if you are the lucky winner.

When will the competition be
decided?
The competition will close on December 31st 2008. We need enough
time to sell the tickets to try to ensure that we can cover our
costs.

How will I know I have been
entered in the prize competition?
You will be sent an email notification.

Will there be a watchdog?
Yes there will be an independent lawyer overseeing the whole
process, plus there will be enough funds in the Paypal account all
times.

If I win will I have to pay
any taxes and other costs?
No, as long as enough tickets are sold, then the villa will be
presented to the winner with all expenses and taxes paid in full.

What if you don’t sell
enough tickets?
If the required amount of tickets are not sold the prize reverts to
a cash prize. This is the normal procedure with all prize
competitions.

How will the winner be
chosen?
The winner will be chosen if he has answered the question correctly
and sends in the best tie breaker answer.

Is it safe to buy a ticket
online with a credit card?
Yes. You pay with your credit card into a Paypal account which is
very secure.

If I cant afford a ticket?
Then you can buy a ticket with as many people as you wish however
there will only be one villa as the prize. Also all the names
associated with the winning ticket will be put on the deeds to the
villa.

Can I buy more than one
ticket?
You can buy as many as you wish.

Who may not buy a ticket?
Anyone under the age of eighteen or any family, friends or employees
of the promoter.

What can I do with the villa
if I win it?
Anything you like. You can rent it out, sell it or live in it.
