The competition is to win the
villa described. Entry is 100.00 euros and the competition will
close on 31st December 2008. if less than 27,500 entries have been
received, refer to rule 12. In the highly unlikely event that no
person submits the correct answers, there shall be no prize.

Entrants may buy as many
entries as they wish. Entry is open to those aged 18 or over except
members of the immediate family or any other persons that is
associated with the running or administration of the completion.

By entering the promotion,
entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and by any
other requirements set out in any promotional material.

The villa will be awarded to
the entrant who has submitted the correct entry and the best tie
breaker. All entries to be submitted in accordance with the entry
instructions.

Legal Title to the property
does not pass to the winner until the legal conveyance process is
completed.

All entry fees received will be
held in the PayPal account specific to this competition. At all
times, there will be sufficient in that account to pay any prize
should the required 27,500 entries to win the house not be met.

Winners will be notified by
competition closing. If the selected winner does not confirm their
acceptance of the prize within three weeks of notification, the
prize will be forfeit and a new winner selected.

Winners must assist the process
by making themselves available at reasonable notice for the signing
of legal documents etc. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of
their prize and a new winner being chosen.

The transaction will be
arranged via lawyers appointed by the Promoter.

The winner will not be
responsible for any additional costs such as sales tax and legal
costs

To the best of our knowledge,
the villa is in excellent condition.

In the event that the stated
minimum number of entrants (27,500) are not received by the closing
date, the promoter reserves the right to : Proceed with the judging
of the promotion on the stated closing date, but the prize would
revert to being the total of all entry fees submitted, less 50% to
cover administration, set up, legal and other costs incurred by the
promoters.

No alternatives to the stated
prizes will be available. In the unlikely event of a prize winner
rejecting a prize for whatever reason the prize will be awarded to
the next closest entrant.

There is no limit to the amount
of tickets that can be sold.

Winners' details and the
winning answer and tie breaker will be posted on the website four
weeks after the closing date of the specific competition.

If the winner is from the
United States of America they will need to check with a lawyer for
the law in their state regarding prize competitions.

The Promoter reserves the right
to update these rules at any time.

Contestants are not permitted
to view the prizes firsthand, this is permitted for the winners
only.

Because of Christmas and New
Year the villa will become available to the prize winner on 8th
January 2009.

Winners will have no fees to
pay inconjuction with taking full ownership of the property. However
after ownership have changed hands then the winner will be
responsible of all incoming expenses.

We reserve the right to extend
the competition from the advertised closing date.

No refunds of entry fees will
be made under any circumstances. Should the competition be cut short
for any reason, the prize will be given to the winner in accordance
with the rules here. See 23 below.

The organizer reserves the
right to cut short the competition should advertising expenses be
too large in proportion to the income generated by the entry fees.
This is a necessary precaution in order to prevent incurring a loss.

The competition is being run in
the name of win mega villa who holds the PayPal account used for
entry payment.

In the event of the competition
being tied there will be another question to determine the winner.
